About Us

Our mission

To explore the interconnectedness of all things and begin to discover how each of us uniquely resonates with life, in order to maximize potential, turn lives around when everything else has failed, and align the greatness within us all.

A world where the rich variety of life and human potential are understood, nurtured and championed, so that every one of us may be all we can be.

  1. We are driven by service and contribution, to always deliver massive value.
  2. Be kind. Seek to understand both self and others.
  3. Dance with life and live for the sheer joy of it (that childlike joy that lies within!)
  4. Dance with our shadow, and love ourselves back home. Embracing both the incredible and the ‘unlovable’ parts of who we are.
  5. Knowing that challenges and failures are the bridges to success, we seek our lessons and gifts fast!
  6. Be still and know. We find our big lessons in the white space.

“You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait. Do not even wait, be quite still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet”.   FRANZ KAFKA

  1. Mix brilliance with humility

Shine our light whilst remembering where it comes from. Keep it real and the channel open!

  1. Let go! Get out of our own way so that life can move the miracles in.
  2. Know that being unique and different isn’t easy.

It can be a lonely journey. We seek out our tribe, and continuously root strong in our passions, laughter, music, art, nature, books, inspirational videos, movies, exercise, nutrition and all else that celebrates the very essence of who we are!

  1. Love (self and others) without limits.

The Institute prides itself on being a center of excellence and collaboration. We actively seek both experts and those on the journey to join us in research, so that we can grow our joint knowledge and understanding, whilst supporting you in your growth and contribution.

The Institute is a Centre for Excellence, dedicated to the pursuit of groundbreaking research, and shedding new light on previously misunderstood conditions.

The Institute has its foundations firmly rooted in philanthropy. It seeks to transform mediocrity and despair to passion and fulfillment.

No longer are we born to repeat patterns and die. We get to be us, to understand ourselves, and to be understood. We can begin to live with clarity, and, what’s more, ‘be all that we can be’.

We’re committed to a model that’s clear, simple and attainable by everybody.  So that the isolation, loneliness, despair, and under-achievement that are so often the result of simply being different will become a thing of the past, and be replaced by understanding, purpose, passion, contribution and joy.

The Institute has no religious, political or other affiliations. It is born of the potential for greatness that is in us all.

We are committed to transforming the prison population forever.

Working with prisoners, we help them become leaders of their own selves. Showing them how to identify and overcome lifetime blocks, whilst accessing the areas of their passion and brilliance.

We give them tools and a support system of mentors and peers, so that they’re able to thrive in any environment.

We also work alongside prison leaders. The institutional culture is very like a corporate one in that it can be productive or not. Our role is to work with institutions, leaders and inmates to implement solutions which change lives for the long term, inspire, and leave a legacy.

Schools: Saving Lives

Never in the history of the world have we had so much external abundance and inner poverty.

We switch on our television screens and see the horror of people starving to death in third world countries, yet the horrific consequences of emotional starvation are on our doorstep in endemic proportions.

When young children struggle with sense of self, it’s called failure to thrive. In adults we see it manifest through the gauntlet of mental and psychosomatic illnesses.

Millions fail to live before they die long before their time.

The Institute is dedicated to supporting children to be who they uniquely are, maximize their potential, and live for the joy of it.

We have a signature program for schools which gives children a toolbox of techniques so that they can live the lives of their wildest dreams! We also work with teachers, parents, and experts to share this philosophy of possibility and greatness.
