AVOID:      Negative  -   Overwhelm

 

3. ALLOW TIME SPACERS BETWEEN EVENTS

It seems PANIC, OVERWHELM, TRAUMA and SHUT DOWN can run in and take a grip. Allow time to breathe and reset.

 

4. CONSIDER CHUNKING TASKS AND USING AN ALARM

So that it doesn’t become overwhelming (leaving you to lose focus or shut down)

 

5. KNOW YOU ARE NOT A LOSER

A big part of you not being able to concentrate (on the boring stuff) is that you are such a cool lover of life so much that you just want to go go go!
